The founder story

It started inside a real bubble tea franchise

The idea did not start in a lab. It started inside a real bubble tea franchise — co-founded by a team with IT backgrounds but zero marketing bandwidth.

Running the store was manageable. Promoting it consistently was not. Staff were asked daily which drink to feature. Partners called during peak hours for confirmations. Influencer deals brought foot traffic at the worst times — long queues, understaffed shifts, and constant coordination.

Posts were sporadic, untimed, and disconnected from weather, holidays, and the actual menu.

The question became simple:

What if an owner configures promotion rules once, and AI agents continuously market their products based on live context — without anyone stopping service to write a caption?

That question became Promo Agent.

Connect with a single click. Our secure Meta OAuth flow automatically discovers your assets and sets up your automated publishing pipeline.

How it works

Click the blue Connect Meta button under Settings → Social. Authenticate via Facebook, and select your desired page from the discovered list.

Prerequisites

Your Instagram must be a Business or Professional account.
Your Instagram must be linked to your Facebook Page via Meta Business Suite.
You must have Admin access to that Facebook Page.
You must be logged into the correct Facebook account in this browser tab.

Fallback

Manual Configuration (Fallback & Edge Cases)

If your Instagram and Facebook Page are managed under completely different Meta accounts, or if you prefer direct API configuration, toggle to **Manual Setup** and provide the keys directly.

Store-scoped social credential architecture

Production design: PromoAgent binds Facebook Page and Instagram Business tokens per store instance, with AES-256-GCM encryption at rest and strict ownership checks on every publish path.

Per-store isolation (implemented)

Each store holds isolated Meta credentials — ideal for franchise operators, multi-brand owners, and strict tenant segregation.

Centralized agency profile (planned)

Future agency tier will allow one admin to manage tokens across multiple outlets under a single billing account.

Current production build uses per-store isolation with encrypted token vault and OAuth + manual fallback in Settings → Social.
